Dual SIM Big8 E95 mobile Review

This is my review for this phone after using it for some weeks.
It is a typical Chinese phone, dual SIM (both work at the same time, or one if you prefer), analog TV, FM, BT 2 batteries etc. It resembles a Sony-ericsson  but is'not. It reads 12.1mp camera but it is actually VGA (640X480). Front camera is QCIF (320X260) only for photographs, its not 3G!!

So lets get started.. In the box

• 2 batteries (they reads 1100 mAh, ha ha ha)

• a miniusb stereo handsfree

The Good Things

• Nice simple iconed menu well categoried straight forword. 
• Main Screen can have Nokia-like menu (shortcuts) or be empty and have shortcuts on the cross button
• Many features like vibration sensor (change song, backgrount, channel)
• TV reception adequate (but battery consuming) 
• Nice keys (not excellent and bad "second yes" key)
• Voice scrambler-chainger for pranks (child voice, woman voice etc)
• Nice calendar (repeting events, many types etc)
• Many languages support (but awful translation)
• Call records for each SIM (total, incoming, outgoing), SMS counter
• Rich contacts (mullty field, exportable importable in microSD VCF format. Greek letters dont work)
• Loud external Speaker (can hear it ringing outside)
• Custom ringtones (mp3)
• Nice internal Speaker (headphone)
• Moderate battery time. It lasts 2-3 days with  moderate use.
• Other nice thinks (media player, FM, BT) 

The bad things

• Paint goes way from front side (its metal!). You can remove it with your finger. It will look very old in just sort time of use. I will repaint with proper paint myself :p .
• Call record not very analytic. Grouped records, showing only how many times called and info only for last time
• Second YES (for SIM2) is difficult to press but you can use menu to choose sim
• No SMS custom sound (4 fixed)
• SMS on Greek uses only Unicode (70 chars/sms not 160).
• Bad translation (on Greek at least), so menus have to be on Engish
• Worms up when used for long time
• What is it SAR???

My copy (my phone) arrived defective. When always on it will last 2-3 days and will charge normally. When switched off (at nights f.e) it will discharge battery (make battery DEAD) and in morning will NOT switch on. It will also NOT charge DEAD batteries so you better have another phone to charge it or battery charger. It uses BL-5B Nokia type batteries so you can find charger for 3-4€ on ebay. Otherwise you will loose phone (it will not charge or switch on again). I hope only mine is defective...
